I thought it was awesome. It, in my opinion, has some of the most memorable characters, lines, and scenes of all-time.

The only scene in that movie that I found funny was when Samuel Jackson was driving the car and John Travolta was a passanger and he accidently shot that guy who was sitting in the back seat. Not that shooting people is funny, but they hit a bump and he accidentally shot him. Sad that I thought that was so damn funny. Plus I really hate violent movies, so go figure that out?
