The Wicker Man

TRAILER: http://movies.go.com/trailer?cid=835480&vid=835481

The Wicker Man is one of most anticipated movies of the year. Nicolas Cage is my favorite actor and he seems to be at the top of his game here. Also, I love the horror genre and this has one of the creepiest, most intriguing trailers I've seen in a long time. I can't wait to see this terrifying-seeming mystery unfold and will be there opening night (this Friday).

What I want to know is this:
Is "The Wicker Man" song by Iron Maiden on the soundtrack?

Thumbs up

I saw this movie tonight and thought it was very good. Nicolas Cage, as always, gives a strong performance and the film's extremely creepy and engrossing. I was on the edge of my seat until the surprising, rather chilling conclusion. There were, of course, a few flaws, such as a pace which could use tightening. Overall, however, I thought it was a strong horror movie and I would recommend it to fans of the genre.

I hope you enjoy it.

It is definitely an offbeat movie, but I found it quite interesting and thought it wrapped up in an intriguing, rather creepy way. It reminded me of The Sixth Sense. A slow-burning horror-thriller with a gut-punch ending.

This one I could have waited to watch at home but, I was in the mood for some movie popcorn.

Punched right in the abs for sure, even tho I saw it coming.

We saw it in the theater. I thought the only good thing about the movie was Nic Cage being lit up like a candle.

It was pretty mediocre and predictable.
