Scofflaws rock!

There is a big difference between one that scoffs the law and those that break the law.

Most law breakers are under-educated or out-of-control emotions or some addiction,

but to scoff the law means a willing educated civil disobediance.

Of course those on that list might not be true "scofflaws" as the poster calls them because they might just be breaking the law or too poor to pay the money.

Yeah, when I saw the name of the thread I was surprised not seeing you as the author, you use that word so damn much.

But if tax payers aren't paying taxes, then who's to pay for the children of poor parents who don't have the funds to do so?

Where do you think the money for welfare comes from?

A magical money tree?

Oh, but there is plenty of money and all the kids needs are taken care of. Just ask Jimmy the nut case.

Yep, I just knew that would attract him. We really need to come up with a list of words that are not allowed to be used in thread titles so we do not attract him (like a moth to a flame).

Most taxes get collected so the welfare money tree is still there.

It is not a matter of all or nothing.

The list only has a few people and businesses that owe taxes.

It is very possible that they are each one in bankruptcy.

If all tax payers paid every penny it would not come close to the Bush expenditures.
