Anyone who listened to the CONTEXT of these comments knows he was talking about a specific person and those like them. That person was identifed last year as Jesse Macbeth(charged and convicted I might ad). Did these fine gent ever apoligize....never happen. Its one thing to dissent as a reasonable person. There is always another way to get things done and we like our egos massaged that our way was the best way but these guys are just down right dirty liars, pandering to the political left

A huge amount of the problem W is having, a huge amount of the criticism is from people like me who are outraged; outraged at ineptitude and politics and bad decisions that lead to the injury and/or death of even one US trooper.

We're not faux outraged like Murtha and Pelosi and so many others who go to great links to invalidate fighting against fundamentalist Islam. We don't go around making up excuses as to what's illegitimate this week. We don't object to the use of force, we object to the poor use of force. Murtha and Co. object to W. They don't ever say 'we'll fight better or smarter' they say 'illegitimate! Lies!" and so forth.

Here's how you can tell this is the truth; If Democrats had actually been voted into power by this huge wave of anti war passion, Democrats would have had ZERO trouble shutting it down. They have not shut it down because it would cost them their jobs. It would cost them their jobs because most people don't want to lose this thing. Most people want us to survive over fundamentalist Islam and most people think that is going to take violence.

You'll notice the Dem debate conversations have nothing to do with ending it past 'oh, we can't tell now what we'd do if we win the election'. The only one that represents the 'end now' position is Kucinich and he's not close to winning. There is more evidence. In your own party just quiting is a minority position.

Now, if it makes you feel any better, Limbaughs deferment is very lame.

Thee have been varying reports of Murtha and his medals and of course we all know that Kerry still hasnt released his promised Form giving us access to his real file. We know Kerry didnt get an honorable discharge until Carter gave him one. Are they really phony soldiers. Lets see the facts and find out.

This is Reason #496 why I don't really like Democrats: they run their mouths without having the slightest idea of what they're talking about.

It would be nice if they would get their news either by watching it directly or getting transcripts of what was actually said, instead of starting rumors and twisting things around, then running with it as if it were the truth.

I do not anticipate that happening anytime soon.

Is it my imagination or do I sense some hypocrisy by our congress. Where was the condemnation when Move-On.Com printed the headline General Petraeus or General Betray Us. There was none yet these same elected leaders now want to rant about some right wing radio commentator’s comments that are obviously taken out of context. I don’t know about the rest but its getting old listening to this very partisan dialog as though these Gas Bags assume the average free thinking American is to stupid to see thru this guise. Unless you have a thirst for Kool Aid.
