Didn't Nick or Disney drop a popular show a few years ago due to the behavior of one of the young stars?

This begs the question, does Nickelodeon have an obligation to cancel her show because of the potential message young Miss Spears, and indirectly the network may be perceived in sending? Somehow I do not think that a "Very Special Episode" of "Zoey 101" is in the making.

Fox & Friends was quoting some of the OK! interview this morning and when asked if she had advice for other teens about having sex she said something like, "Oh, they definitely shouldn't do it!". Okay, I'm a prude because I'm not impressed that a 16-year-old television star looked up to by millions of young, impressionable girls gets knocked up and brags about it in a magazine interview? I doubt you would say the same thing if it were your daughter.

Disney has always tried to be "family friendly." They have always had morality clauses in their contracts. They don't want a reputation for exploiting their kid stars and leading them astray or letting them run amok.

I don't know if Nick has the same deal. They can't fire the girl without it, but if ratings decline over it they can cancel the show.
