Why bother with this guy. He is sick and wont be around that much longer anyway.

Why spend $5,000 a month to keep this man in jail?

Its not like he is hurting anyone. Drop this thing now while he is still in North Carolina and they are paying his nursing home bills.

Because the challenge to authority is considered a worse offense then the actually threat to society the person presents.
