Refinery explosions

Does anyone know what caused the two refinery explosions early last week and the week before that in Texas?

didnt see it in the middle of the street.

Exxon/Mobil did it.

The cause of the Texas explosion has not yet been determined. The Georgia blast was caused by dust.
