The TSA website warns you that you may have to remove piercings. If you don't like it, don't fly.

Pecker guy might have to either remove them or be denied permission to fly. His choice.

The woman in this story could have refused to remove the rings and just not flown. She chose to fly instead. Her choice, her problem.

Make him take them out...... or maybe make him take an x-ray before they let him fly.

until we have the "total Recall" walk-through x-rays, you just might have to take some of the S out of your face or body in order to get through a metal detector.

Does it forbid it? I wonder how many other cases are out there that have gone unreported.

whats the big deal? Its common sense IMO

My aunt has a metal bar in her back from one of those back problems so she knows she has to tell them about it....if it was something that could be removed, then it would have to be removed...not the airline's fault that you decorate your body how you do...just comply and put them back in when you reach your destination

I want to know what the benefit is of wearing them on the plane? or, THROUGH THE TERMINAL...you could always put them back in in the plane bathroom..if you wanna take that risk so bad

it says you may have to if you set off the detector or are selected for addtional screening.

they aren't forbiden to wear on the plane, but just like your keys or belt buckle or zipper on your jacket, if they set off the metal detector, you will need to take them out and go through again....

Actually she wasn't forced... She had a choice... turn around and go home.. We always have choices but we would rather complain and get on TV and get some money from the courts who, if this case ever shows up in court, should throw it out straight away.
