Put her on a diet. Don't let her eat anything but vegetables, fruit, ect...she can get protein from vitamins...THAT would be true punishment.

It could be a form of punishment, yes. But not enough. If in fact she is found guilty of this, she should serve a life sentence. Boo hoo, her obesity is her life sentence. Which I'm sure will come up. Put her in a big cage, I mean cell, and let her rot there.

Yep, they can come by and hose her off every few days. Obesity won't be such a problem after a few years on limited prison chow. It sounds as if she battered that poor toddler to death, fell on him my a$$. The mother needs to get some serious jail time too.

Oh, so true. She needs a true punishment...if she gets off for being fat then all someone has to do is gain some major weight and they can get off for any crime...including murder. That is . I say just put her on a tow truck, drive her to a BIG hole, drop her in...the end (she isn't getting out...)
