It does that for many. It's the name dude look at those beady eyes. First one looks like the I'm a Meth junkie pix. The second one is probably his inmate of the month photo.

It struck me as meaning "pale dude of unknown ethnic background" but definately not black. It also says he's 5'6" and 145-148 lbs, depending on which case you look at. That makes me think the first picture is probably the right one.

I.E.: Hair, weight, color , etc..


Look at the things that can't be changed.

The scar that runs from his lip to the (his) left side of the chin.

The goofy fat nose that widens towards the left (his) side.

The left ear (his) being slightly higher than the right.

Yea, there are some flaws with the registry in my opinion.

As far as the girl down the street, well that crime is the crime in which the most false reports are filed, and at the same time it's the most undereported crime. The problem is, the girl down the street may have been assaulted by a guy in his mid-thirties, but the real one was never reported, so any time other stressers happened she reported the crime over and over again.

That in my opinion is such a traumatic crime and effects every victim differently, and we should never make assumptions into the validity of a claim. Let the facts present themselves.
