Children who are older are, unfortunately, less likely to be adopted. Adoptive parents usually want a baby.

Twice you've referred to the perfect little white baby. Are you suggesting whites are perfect, or that people will only adopt white babies, or medically perfect babies, or intellectually perfect babies, or what? It seems like a very race-baiting thing to say, so I'm curious why you would sink to that.

Through elections is the way to go... But until such time as the law changes than it should be okay for the government to support planned parenthood and other such services.

That was for you. Of the first 12 or so sites that came up in my 18 seconds of searching, one was a Christian one. Since you implied this was a Christian issue (to be against murder), and that the people against abortion don't do anything to help those potential mothers who might be considering killing their baby, I thought I would provide you with some insight as to how wrong that concept was.

Okay meaning legal? Of course. Okay meaning "shouldn't be changed"? Hell no, it's not okay.

That is exactly what I am saying. Most couples who want to adopt (this doesn't count the wackos in hollywood who go outside this country to adopt) want to adopt perfect, healthy, white babies rather than just adopting a baby because the baby needs a good home..

More people want Ford F-150s than any other vehicle - that doesn't mean other vehicles aren't sold. What's your point?

Meaning legal... A persons personal opinion should have no bearing on the issue. Mine or yours...

Point is that these 1-2 million couples are not as honorable as you and those like you make it out to sound. Some less desirable babies are adopted but not most and based on the surplus of couples that should not be the case...

Only in changing the laws. I don't advocate attacking the mothers, their doctors, etc. People are definately allowed - and should be encouraged - to speak their minds - to those mothers and doctors and to the people against them. However, I advocate no actions against any of them, other than attempting to change the laws.

How many babies - under six months old - are not being adopted? I tried to go to the links, but they did not work for me. I don't believe there's a surplus of any babies - babies mind you - of any race, color, or creed. If I'm wrong, I'll rescind that part of the argument - the part that it's likely a child will be adopted virtually immediately after birth.
