I do not believe this should be defined AT ALL by our government. I believe this should be a medical decision between doctor and patient. And I honestly believe a healthy woman would be hard pressed to find a doctor that is willing to do a late term abortion on a healthy fetus.

The patient meaning the mother, or the patient meaning the baby being killed? Late term or early, it's the same life.

My whole point is that I cannot pretend to understand what it is like to be in someone else's shoes so I cannot make a decision for them NOR do I feel our government should. This is a private, medical decision.

I just do not see why some people think that when you are pregnant, you are not pregnant with a baby. You are not pregnant with a tumor or something you can push aside and say, no im not ready yet. If you miscarry that's one thing but when you are pergnant IT IS A BABY! because in 9 months it is a baby. terminating a pregnancy is terminating a baby.
Pregnancy=Baby.
