Yes, we've decided it's a woman's right to choose. That's the lazy way out of an ethical argument. The laws in place so eff the argument. If that's how you feel, why did you join in this in the first place.

Oh, that's right, to throw out pointless cheap shots.
no pointless cheap shots, mearly pointing out that your opinion isn't worth much as you have never had to deal with ANY of the issues.

the laws have been decided, they are good laws, and they won't be changing any time soon.

your religious feelings don't and shouldn't affect what women do with their bodies

Even doctors do not agree with that.

I do not believe this should be defined AT ALL by our government. I believe this should be a medical decision between doctor and patient. And I honestly believe a healthy woman would be hard pressed to find a doctor that is willing to do a late term abortion on a healthy fetus.
The patient meaning the mother, or the patient meaning the baby being killed? Late term or early, it's the same life.

My whole point is that I cannot pretend to understand what it is like to be in someone else's shoes so I cannot make a decision for them NOR do I feel our government should. This is a private, medical decision.

As it won't, since I'm not a Supreme Court judge.

If the debate is pointless, why are you even in here then?

what's natural about in vitro?

It's about as unnatural as is possible.

I see your game now. You don't care about the actual life (seeing as how an in vitro embryo is the same as an abortion embryo) you're just a 'punish the slut' kind of guy huh? That'll teach her to get pregnant huh?

Otherwise it would be the life itself you argue for.

Dear Pro-lifers,
Why don't you offer to adopt all of the unwanted babies? Why don't you adopt all welfare kids that were unwanted? Until then, OUR tax dollars are paying for them.

I just do not see why some people think that when you are pregnant, you are not pregnant with a baby. You are not pregnant with a tumor or something you can push aside and say, no im not ready yet. If you miscarry that's one thing but when you are pergnant IT IS A BABY! because in 9 months it is a baby. terminating a pregnancy is terminating a baby.
Pregnancy=Baby.
