How could you say you are SURE he wasn't her first. Do you realize often, these predator teachers attempt to seduce the children in the school who may be looking for attention, or the children who may have been victim's of past sexual or physical abuse. In either situation, the child in school should be there and be free of sexual liason's with the people who are charged with their care!

I agree with Imno, it most likely wasn't her first time. If she was looking for attention, she sure got it. I am willing to put money on it that. Also, are you SURE he was the one that came on to her? Hell, most horny 17 year-old girls would probably consider that a challenge and go after it. Plus, while she is at school, she probably has him and could likely get out of trouble. Smart for using her resources if you ask me.

P.S. 30 times isn't rape, it' casual.

Sure, it might not be OK, but this is how I think about it:

-If it is the teachers idea to get with this girl, and the girl does not consent, he should be charged with rape of the girl.

-If the girl were to come to the teacher and say "hey lets get down and do the nasty" and they go forward with it, the principal should not be charged with rape. It's her idea.
