would "-1.0 cooler" actuall mean +1 degree since "-1.0 cooler" is a double negative

Come on Larry, Al Gore started a global warming scam and made money, why don't you start a global cooling one?
(I expect a 10% cut if you do).
I really wish you would because I heard that, if our power companies have to "go green" in the next 4 years, our electric bills will more than double because of it. Go Larry, go Larry, go Larry!
