Maybe the next time you should make it clear that you’re speaking of a “ghetto” person.... Otherwise it could be offensive. However, I’m not sure that it would be fair to classify this young lady in any group because there is obviously something wrong with her. That behavior is not normal… Not even for a “ghetto” person.
