Another Ice Age? - TIME

Seems alot like whats going on now. And the general consensus among scientists then was that the earth is on a runaway climatic change into a new ice age.

Another article that came up stated that global warming has been happening since 1950. How is that if in 1974 the earth had been cooling for 30 years. They self contradict themselves alot.

Here is the article i was refering to, its not just time magazine its journalism in general. Our society is driven by money, i see Gore as one of the best scam artist of our time. He preaches going green, using less energy, using new ways to make energy. Yet gore is the biggest hypocrite in history, he uses more energ in a month than some households use in a year, he flies in private jets, fleets of SUV's to preach his crap. Yet his followers cant see past the crap he spews to see that he doesnt practice what he preaches. I know he puts money into all these ways to find alternative energy, does that make up for the amount of carbon he emits on his own. It must be easy to put money into things when its not your money to spend.

It is cyliclcal .... Solar Activity Warms the Ocean, which in Turn gives off CO2 causing a rise in CO2 levels about 80 - 100 yrs later ....

and guess what we have been having alot of lately ....

hell the climatologists have put off GW for the next 10 yrs, that we are now in a cooling cycle ....

sucks for ALBore

It really dosnt matter what the anti-global warming scientists say.

Its already been decided bythe carbon-credit crowd.

There's money in them there carbon credits.

...like to point out that if keeping a steady supply of oil on hand was as easy as keeping a steady supply of dead cow on hand we would not be having this discussion anymore than we would be if exhaling 'caused' global warming.

Maybe we could burn cows for fuel?

...right; the dolts in the 'environmental' movement have handed 'big' oil another tool for making money. First, they helped oil and coal fight off nuke. Now, we'll be buying gasoline with .0003% flax-seed oil.

Thank you all.

I'll repeat myself... please provide a reference for your claim, or retract it. I suspect it's much like alot of the other poop I've seen written in this thread: merely hearsay offered as evidence.
