Among many other issues, defense lawyers say military commission prosecutions constitute a denial of equal protection of the laws because only foreigners may be prosecuted under the Military Commissions Act

The Supreme Court didnt make these people Americans??? Or did They??

They've got a job to do,win an aquittal for their client. They were assigned these people in most cases, not bleeding hearts looking for a cause, would it make you feel better if they half assed it?
