That being said, if there was anything abnormal in the cell block.. cell door opens, closes.. fight.. scuffling.. choking noises.. and cop (correctional officer) walks out, don't you think a crminal would jump at the chance to tell someone about it?

Where are the rest of the junkies, car thieves and ho's that were locked up that night?

They're probably afraid to end up like this other POS did, dead.

I'm not upset that this cop killer will now never have the opportunity to commit any more crimes. That's clearly the life he was already living at a very young age. However, somebody in that detention center was really stupid in their actions. There's no way that they'll get away with this forever. Sooner, rather than later, they will be caught. I have no doubt that proper justice would have been served in this case, had it gone to trial. This was no loss to society, however, it was handled completely wrong.

Does not make it right but I still hope he suffered!
Now thanks to some A$$wipe law enforcement individual (Gaurd/Cop) who had the same attitude as yourself, we are all going to suffer.

IMO justice was served, just a little earlier than expected. Once found guilty in court and returned back to the Prison system, he would've been taken out in no time.

I'm sure the press has the names of EVERYONE that was there, and being that not one of them supports the theory (lack of interviews in the newspaper supports the logic) of an officer killing the waste of oxygen leads me to believe that we need to wait for the rest of the story.

I can't imagine a convict would hesitate to nail a guard if they had a chance.. I mean "Snitches deserve Stitches" doesn't apply to law enforcement. And if given a chance in an interview with anyone from the press?? Hell, most of them would be making crap up hoping something sticks.

You're sure that the press has talked to everyone that was there that night, how can you be sure?

Doesnt matter and has no bearing on the fact that as it seems, a Law Enforcement official (either a Gaurd or a Cop) killed this guy.
