He was in Isolation, ie in a cell by himself. The Medical Eximaner has determined it was not a self inflicted injury.

If it comes out that it was a self inflicted Injury, or one that he obtained while being arrested (as in a choke hold injury as someone earlier posted) then thats different

But the information AS ITS PRESENTED CURRENTLY, lends you to believe it was either a Cop or a Gaurd.

I sure hope I'm not selected for the jury once the people who offed this pos are found and put on trial. How do you convict someone who did the same thing you'd want to do if you were in their shoes? The difference is, I wouldn't do it, I'd just want to.

I didn't read anything that factually stated that it happened after, it will be easy enough for them to know considering they found him within 15 mins.

Your though process is warped! A police officer was murdered. That is the bigger story, not some loser who got killed in jail. The person who killed the accused is not a hero. He/She just trampled all over the Constitution. I passed a post office this morning and there still was an American flag flying which tells me there's a certain process that must take place once someone is arrested. Being killed while in police custody is not part of that process. If you are in someone's custody, your security and safety are their responsibility.
