Am I missing something...or would this make bottle rockets illegal? They are arial...but do they have enough explosives in them to make them illegal?

I can't say that I know anyone who has been injured from a bottle rocket, nor a firecracker. Well, let's make that SERIOUSLY injured... A pack of firecrackers going off in your hand isn't too fun...but boy is it hilarious to watch.

Also...here is a PSA: If you decide to take a bottle rocket off of the stick, light it, and throw it...there is a distinct possibility that it will fly back, directly towards you...

I'm starting to see why some of these higher-class fireworks are illegal (because things more powerful than firecrackers and bottle rockets can do some real damage )

It appears to me that someone's fireworks display for the 4th of July got squelched by the coppers because they didnt pay the right fee's and didnt have the proper permits.

They dont care if you blow yourself to hell they just want their fee's paid when you do it.

No, they want you to show that you have all of the insurance so that when you blow up your neighbors and their houses, somebody gets the $$$.
