It is exactly that. The progressives, socialist, liberals, lefties - whatever you want to call them - are constantly thumbing their noses at the entire country daring us all to say a word about it.

See, I'd be more intrigued than laugh in your face, and I think most people would.

You say defining yourself by half of your heritage is "easier". Why is it easier to deny half than to say "bi-racial", or "mulatto", or "other" on forms or to people. Why not choose to say "white" and let people ask or assume why your skin is darker than average?
