And everyone like you said the RIAA would never go after individual people for downloading music or burning their CDs to computers or burning a copy of a CD for their friends.

Copyright laws allow you to back up software you purchase for your personal use! It does not allow you to copy material for use in another medium as was presented earlier! I think I know what i'm talking about. All you have to do is read a bit!

And who said legally copying anything was against the law. That is idiotic. If you are legally copying something then you are doing just that!

No that would not be illegal because you are not copying the pizza. However, maybe your not smart enough to think of this analogy, but if you were to make a pizza, then put it in a Domino's box and try to pass it off as being Domino's that would be illegal!

Fair Use law dictates that an INDIVIDUAL may make a BACKUP copy for PERSONAL use. Once you give it away, you have violated the intent of the Fair Use law.

I was thinking more along the lines of SoMD being subject to audit by us posting YouTube vids. If they pursue it, SoMD could get shut down (assuming they actually get away with this crap).
