Good question, I'd say it's likely Viacom will go after them.

Google it, that's Viacom's intent.

Read the stuff.

People are having their homes raided by the RIAA (thanks to liberal judges) everyday for just that.

It's been all over the Washington Post. And I can't help you if you're too damn dumb to find it.

I have no trust in the entertainment industry.

Electronista | RIAA claims CD rips are piracy in lawsuit

FOXNews.com - Lawyer: Ripping MP3s Illegal, Grounds for Lawsuit - Science News | Science & Technology | Technology News

I shouldn't have to Google your own #### for you.

RIAA says ripping CDs is illegal, RIAA goes to judges to conduct raids on peoples' homes, judges give RIAA permission, thus it's become illegal to legally rip a CD.

First I will state I am not a fan of the RIAA...I understand the point their making. But Your statement above makes it seem like they are picking people at random. There has to be probable cause for these actions to happen. Remember they still have to go through due process. And I believe any judge who is signing these willy nilly will not be a judge for long. Read my sig, this is what they're looking for....and to some degree what you're spreading...if you're ripping your CDs and putting them on your mp3 player I SERIOUSLY doubt they will come knocking on your door. But if you upload them or peer to peer them, well you're just asking for them to come knocking.
