"It's going to have to be a part of the solution and in order for it to be a part of the solution the disposal issues are going to be have to be solved and they haven't been," he said.

Funny that the greenies and the hippies protested the hell out of Maine Yankee so much and tied them up in court so often they finally shut it down and Baldacci cheered them all the way. Then they cried because instead of the train load of taxes they collected on a large nuke power plant, they got piddly taxes on a storage facility. NOW they cry about energy costs and want nuclear?

Its funny that people who cannot see the error of their ways when they propose to scuttle Nuclear Power scream the loudest when they dont have it.

not to mention that without lights they wont be able to protest after dark, the police would never be able to see how is kicking the protesters in the nuts without lights.
