Snakes In The Grass.....

....but how about one in your clothes washer?!?

Woman finds 8-foot snake in washer

Their reasoning as to how it got there is a bit of a stretch, IMO. I'm not going to "spill the beans" just yet, but I'd like to see if you guys agree or not with what they think happened, ok?

If you read the story, you'll get the explanation on why they are at the store.

The snakes kill prey with their teeth but are not poisonous, she said.
Uh, the last I checked they killed their prey by squeezing the air out of it's lungs.

Ok, that's all well and good.

But now, think, imagine, or - if you own a clothes washer, go look at the water pipes that supply the water to your machine.

Now, go back and look at the size/diameter of that python in the picture.

Anything odd there?

Just remember to adjust your salt quantity down. Now, let’s get down to the nitty-gritty of why I only use Pickling Salt in my canning recipes. The additives in Table Salt and the minerals in Sea Salt will turn canned goods dark and cloudy. Pickling Salt measures true and keeps my foods clean and clear.

I noticed all that too, I'm wondering if they just needed to get rid of the snake and cooked up this story to do it.

Ok, here is another clue, if you haven't looked at the water line coming into your washer:

The diameter is roughly 1/2 inch. Check it out, if you're able to.
