See, that's the point. So, the "shunned by society" comment is in regards to the question of how to treat an unwed teenage mother. Do we celebrate the fact that she's done this thing, or do we simply tolerate it, or do we actively try and make sure others don't see it as a good thing by treating her actions with the appropriate level of disdain by ensuring she feels an appropriate level of shame for her actions. See, by celebrating her pregnancy, that puts not only a level of tolerance, not only a level of acceptance, but a level of pride in what she's done. We're paying her money and setting her on a pedestal, celebrating her misdeed. So, should she and he marry for the sake of the child? Well, that wouldn't be my first choice. My first choice would be that she and he weren't so stupid and irresponsible in the first place. Again, she's demonstrated and then been celebrated for bringing a child into this world, and not only (by example) told little girls that this is an action to be proud of, she's then demonstrating to little boys that fathers are not necessary day to day in a child's life, because the father of her child isn't worthy of marriage. Do I think that one pop tart "actress" can cause all of this herself? Of course not. It's the society that pays for the magazines, doesn't condemn the magazines or the little tart or her sperm donor, and the multitude of times this crap happens and gets defended (didn't Murphy Brown start this whole conversation? )As for ing me for talking about the blender, what did I say that was wrong? You may think my opinion stinks, but that doesn't make me incorrect. ![]()

| Was K-Fed? ![]() Let's compare Britney's actions to Lindsey Haun (who actually has talent) and some of the other teenaged popstars. Hilary Duff didn't go trying to kill herself when she and Joel Madden split up. Speaking of whom, is he still dating Paris (or Nicole, whichever one it was)? ![]() |

K-Fed and she dated for much longer than 2 hours... And I'm no expert on pop culture, but I believe they are still dating.
