I have to agree with you. He should have waited until after the funeral. Acts like that are what make people hate the cops. State Police need to learn some manners. It's not like your brother was endangering anyone. Good grief.

BUT OFFICER!
I was just smoking pot to relieve stress at the funeral, its not like I was doing anything THAT bad.

Everyone wants a free damn ride.
Where do you draw the line at what is OK to do because you are grieving?

ALSO...You mentioned him waiting until the funeral was over to give the ticket...so what exactly is the officer supposed to do while he waits to hand out the citation for something illegal?

Sounds to me like he is doing exactly what he is paid to do.
Isn't the citation for tint just a fix-it ticket anyway? whats the big deal?

Well, what ever. I still think it was a little dis respectful. From your responses, I can see you have no respect for the morning and the deceased.

If the cop pulled him over while he was in the funeral precession that is just ridiculous and unacceptable. If he was driving to the funeral on his own and got a ticket I don't see what the big deal is.

No respect for the mourning or deceased? Right. Well if I get a ticket because my tint's too dark this Saturday while I'm at my Pop Pop's funeral it's my own damn fault. No respect, please. How about no respect for the freaking law?! I agree, terrible TERRIBLE timing. Maybe the police officer should have let your brother park and then quietly left a ticket on his car, like they do if you're not in it. Would that make it better?
