I have respect for those who do not abuse their athourity. There is a difference. Like when cops drive recklessly for no reason but are very quick to pull someone over for driving 5 miles over the speed limit. Or those who will race on motorcycles and get away with it becuase they are cops. Don't act like you do not see these things take place.

:confuse: He wrote a ticket for illegal tinting. How was that abusing authority? Is there a law that says it's illegal to write tickets on the way to a funeral?

No, I think you know the purpose of this whole conversation. I am just saying that why not wait until after the service? Just my opinion.

Then that is WRONG. I would go to the court date and contest it. I don't think its illegal but morally it was wrong and the officer needs to be schooled in some tact.

Really?? He actually interrupted the procession?! Oh freaking a, that's ridiculous...for tint. Absolutely not acceptable. I didn't realize it was during the procession...that sucks.

Sorry, that no respect for the "morning" thing threw me for a loop.

You can't go to court for a fix it ticket. There are no points involved. You just have to fix whatever is on the repair order.
