I suppose if you have never served,,

but to be a CWO at this point, that would tell me that somebody served through a couple military operations in their day.
CWO is not a title gained by being new in the service, or by being a fool.

1972 - 1999 (Army & Navy), Navy Warrant only because I stuck around long enough to be the best in my field, all the others retired.
