I think the park should sue for a causing a disturbance and a profit hit from bad publicity.

When I looked at the pic I thought.....there's no way she's 220. 220 is no petite princess, but I thought she looked heavier too. The camera may add weight, but not that much.

Personally, I wouldn't want any publicity whatsoever if I was in their place.

Me neither, but I bet the multi-million lawsuit and subsequent settlement they bring will help ease their pain and suffering.

And though I found that movie unbearable, even I have seen the waterslide scene, and there is even an episode of the Simpson's that feature I think homer getting stuck in a water-slide. I'm sure there are even more examples in popular culture, so they should have known better!

It's not the park's fault they refused to put the Big Macs down. It is the adults' fault for bringing bad publicity to the park... unless, there weren't any weight limits posted. At that point they could claim to be stupid enough to believe that things built for people usually can hold elephants just fine. Unfortunately, stupidity isn't illegal.
