it sounds like the entire area is influx ... and Georgia was the aggressor ... but things have been back and forth for a couple yrs ....

still not our concern ... this is a European Problem ... let the EU and UN deal with it ... with out involving us ...
I don't know enough detail to make a judgement but it seems to me that if Canada granted citizenship to the people of North Dakota and North Dakota tried to secede and join Canada it would not be our fault we moved in and quelled the rebellion.
