Im not making light of this, its tragic and my heart goes out to all involved and the families.

However, if it were such a close-knit company, dont you think they would have a clue as to who might have been driving their truck over the bridge at that time?

maybe they are doing that so the family can be notified prior to hearing it on the news.

I've never really been afraid of the bridge, I guess because I drive it so much. This sucks, but with as much traffic that goes across that bridge, you don't hear about fatalities that often.

I guess they built up a lot of silt and land around the bridge to make it more stable. Makes sense.
