| Summary. Rt. 235 and the area of Pegg RD. Two Vehicles. One overturned. Supposedly in the Southbound Lanes. One injury. Exact location seems to be in front of St. Mary's Veterinary Hospital. 4:40 Chief 3 has the command. State & County Police are out. Another landmark is Park Dodge. 4:41 Units on scene are trying to put a landing site together. 4:42 Proposed LZ for the Helo is Lexington Park Elementary. 4:44 Trooper 7 with the 12 minute ETA. 4:46 The patient is very concerned about flying. Refusing to Fly. Units on scene trying to confirm this before canceling the Helo. 4:46 Command advises the Partient refuses to fly. Cancels Trooper 7. Engine 33 back in service. Traffic is also hosed because one of the MEDIC units has left the OPTOCON on. This gives them remote control over traffic lights. If you listen to the scanner feeds there will be a delay so you may very well hear what I am listening to as I type. Unfortunately I think I missed the Vehicle Descriptions. 4:50 Patient has now decided to fly. Engine 33 being re-dispatched to Lexington Park Elemenmtary school for the LZ. I am unsure if Trooper 7 is off the deck yet or not. I have not heard them mark up. 4:52 Ambulance has departed the scene with 1 Priority TWO Patient, heading to the LZ. 4:54 Command is terminated units can return to service. They are leaving one until the vehicle can be overturned. Also the other Ambulance marked up as returning to service a few moments ago with one signed refusal. 5:00 Trooper advises SYSCOM theey are 10-8 (In service). Just caught something about Veh. #1 is a Silver Nissan. Lanes 1 & 4 will be closed until further notice 5:03 Engine 33 has comms with Trooper 7. Giving instructions to the field. 5:05 Trooper 7 on the ground. 5:25 The roadway has been reopened. Trooper 7 enroute to PG Hosp. Trooper 7 has comms with PG Hosp. Advises 24YO unrestrained driver of a vehicle that rolled over several times. Patient self extracated and was out walking around when Fire/EMS arrived on scene. Patient does have some minor head injuries but is conscious and alert.
