Guess you missed my post that I'm working now, very long hours, just got home and hubby told me something about a boat in distress off of Western Shores. Sounds like everyone is back in now. I miss being able to hear what's going on around here.

On a side note, I may have heard wrong last night, but was there a stabbing in White Sands? I was just getting out of the shower and caught one sentence, but it sounded like they said stabbing and they gave the road, which I knew to be in White Sands, just can't remember it now.

I saw that and it's no excuse!!! j/k I wouldn't know what happens in Calvert unless it invovles a Helo anymore. Too much going on down here for me to try to monitor any other Counties.

I had my radio in the car coming home and was picking up a few things in Calvert, around the time of the water rescue I heard the helo come up on the radio and wasn't sure if he was going to the water rescue or the police foot chase. Then I heard a stove fire in St. Leonard and two Huntingtown fire engines came flying down the hill by the bowling alley and people were acting stupid not wanting to get out of the way so I almost saw a car get flattened. It was crazy out there for a while, seems quiet for now.

On a side note. Go to radio shack and get one of those little doodads that link your Scanner into your car stereo. Comes in handy every once in a while.

Does it look like the "thingy" you buy in Office Depot?

Anyway, what is it really called? I'm seriously thinking about buying a portable scanner and I'm doing my research now. The car item sounds interesting, too.
