Actually, a single person cannot invalidate a stereotype. Stereotypes have to be reversed by the majority. Further, once stereotypes are in place, it would take a vast, vocal majority of the community to reverse a stereotype.

If you don't like fried chicken and watermelon, but the majority does, the stereotype is valid. b) I have spent hours cleaning up after they found a place in my eave to build a nest. These rats with wings collected a 1/2 bale of straw for their nest. Sometimes bringing thousands of mites with them.

It is redistribution of wealth. "We will let you build here if you pay us out of your profits." Like liberals, ...
....they take money without asking,
....scatter the funds everywhere it will do no good, and
....pretend that they are doing nothing wrong.
