You mean the threads where Obama said Wright was his mentor, advisor, performed his marriage and baptised his kids and sat in the pews for 20 years but never heard Wright go off on a racist rant....then Bruzilla came in and said "How do you know he said racist things for 20 years, there is only proof he spewed racism for 7 years!" and others claimed that churches and relationships with pastors should be off limits?

...Rev Wright was in the news for a couple weeks, if I remember correctly. I expect we'll probably be hearing about Palin's personal relationships for about that long, too.

She is probably supporting the marriage because she feels this boy and her daughter are in love and can make the marriage work.

The same reason other parents thoroughout history have supported marriage between two kids in love.

Your suggestion that she is supporting this for political reasons is more than cynical, its downright nasty.
