What is an "evangelical" anyway? That label gets tossed around all the time, but I'm never sure what exactly it refers to.

Does someone have a link to this statement? This is a very volatile statement that he made, ESPECIALLY if it is on tape somewhere. Also, I wonder if he made this comment before or after he tried calling off the dogs.
