Alaska: If you want to get more insight on how Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin might view gay Americans, just look at the bulletin of her church.

According to KTVA 11 In Alaska, "Governor Palin's home church is promoting a conference that aims to convert gays into heterosexuals through the power of prayer.

Hypothetically, why would a woman pray for a man to turn straight? Would she be interested in him personally, like the female Star Trek fans who wanted to warm up the cold, logical Spock? I couldn't imagine the reverse, a man praying for a woman to turn straight, simply because of the number of men turned on by lesbianism. I'm waiting to hear about a man using the pickup line "Honest, I'm a male lesbian."
