It is beyond me how or why someone would do something like this at the risks that are associated with it.

I might get a 12-pack and play this over and over:

I do love R.E.M. Maybe this was ESP on their part...a big black hole and people disappear:

There are no risks. If any of these doomsday scenarios were in the realm of possibility, they wouldn't do it.

I think it will be a year or so before they actually collide particles. Then it will be like "The Mist". Or else we may start a new universe. I mean someone started this one right? Some advanced civilization assuring the population there was nothing to worry about.
I may buy that new Grady White after all.

Sometimes people get a little bit ridiculous. It's not like scientists don't consider these things when they're going on with their projects, they don't want to destroy the world either.
It is like the millenia bug, lol

But seriously, this is going to be SO much new information! It's really exciting. That's what's great about science. Observation and experimentation explains a lot about the world.

Maybe they'll come up with some information to finally prove that god doesn't exist!!
Haha, just kidding. That's actually impossible! About as impossible as proving that god does exist, though.

Love you mom! School is blah, i hate homework. So so so much work. I added more photos with lots of explanatory captions on facebook

*hugs*

I never implied that. I did imply that there could be unknown risks and will throw on top of that, they may even know of risks but feel they outweigh the better good.
