For example, unfenced swimming pools, open pits, farm equipment and abandoned refrigerators have all qualified as attractive nuisances." In California, for many years, decades, even, even fenced properties were not beyond being termed "attractive nuisances." That's the looniness of California. My home state, by the way. Being a conservative in that atmosphere is a bear, to say the least.
