This is a loser for Conservatives, you cant complain about Government interfering in your home (say in the raising of a child) while then wanting the Government to interfere in other peoples homes.

thats exactly what ive been saying for years. conservatives say "were the party thats gonna get big government out of your lives" and then go passing legislation like the patriot act and promote legislation to ban gay marriage.

they want government out of their lives but damn do they want government in everyone elses lives.

The people bring their concerns to their representatives. Representatives draft laws. The people vote on the laws. Pretty neat process. You know, the will of the people? It's worked for over 230+ years; for the most part anyway.

According to one of my 'gay' friends...
They said that the 'black vote' that came out to support OBAMA hurt Prop.8 because they voted aganist it.
I guess they aren't so stupid after all....hummm...
