Daschle Withdraws Nomination....

Daschle had to get out. This was snowballing and the NY Times Editorial was the last nail. He would have been a good guy for the job but this inane tax issue (how does someone not understand there has to be a tax paid on a car and driver that are used full time?) plus the many gray areas between lobbying just created more baggage than Obama needed. He made the right decision. It's gonna be interesting to see who is selected for the job---you can bet they'll be vetted for tax issues.

Good or bad for the job is based on your worldview...Remember this is Obama. ANYONE appointed should be approved it's the Midas touch.. The most ethical administration ever..Don't question...just obey..

I was hopeing Daschle would get the job but I'm sure their is over 1000 people waiting in line for the job.

There are only 1,000 Democrats left who haven't paid their taxes?

Or better yet, I'll just wait until Obama runs out of Democrats then he'll have to use a Republican (they pay their taxes).
