Threat level was just raised to a "5." I am not sure what that means, other than it being "one step away from a global pandemic" as Neil Cavuto described. Wall Street seems to be unaffected by the news; it is up some 169 points. In fact, investors may like the idea of a pandemic; perhaps it would benefit the economy if a substantial portion of the world population were to perish and result in less job competition and such (I certainly don't wish for the pandemic; I am merely speculating what the Wall Street investors may be thinking).
