One can't assume that all the radiation is magically going to drift wherever the wind is blowing though. Plus, what about contamination of the Bay, water tables and your local food supply.

Dead or not, the D.C. metro area wouldn't be very comfortable.

I'm thinking we don't have to launch nuke-tipped ICBMs at North Korea.

How about one, maybe two, of our ICBM missiles, with conventional warheads - MIRVs - aimed at the sites where Intel has detected NK missile and/or nuke bomb testing activity has occured?

A ballistic missile with a Nuke Warhead launched from around Annapolis.. They don't have to be accurate..

OR.. you can shoot a Nuke from an artillery piece attached to the top of the sub.. or cargo ship..

Or carry it in in a backpack..

There's only a thousand ways they can do it if they REALLY want to.
