I don't even have to read it. I already know that even if the majority of Marylanders disagree with the healthcare bill, Steny is going to vote the way HE wants to vote because he knows what's best for us.

That was dated Tuesday April 29th. The horrific bill that we have before us now wasnt even written then.

Steny spouted all the lies, but in fact even he didnt know what was in THIS bill at THAT time.

Time for another meeting Steny boy. One where we get to speak abut THIS bill.

Just curious, have you read the bill?

Actually, which bill are you so upset about (the number of the bill would allow us to see what you are complaining about)?

Is there anything specific in the bill you have concerns about?

I can't tell you if I support the health care bill because they haven't finished writing it yet. I think the system needs to be reformed. I think we need universal coverage. We need a public option available to all Americans.

We already have health care rationing. There are lots of things my insurance won't pay for and that I don't have the money to pay for.

I would prefer a single payer system. Yes, I would trade my very good current coverage for a single payer along the lines of what is set up in most countries in western Europe.

What do I dislike about the Bill? Where do I start? How about with abortion. How about with forcing business to provide health care or get audited.. How about with rationed care? How about with private insurances being forced to dissappear.?

You say the bill is still being written, How can they vote on a bill still being written, Will they get another opportunity to read it ---which they dont-- before they vote on it , will we get the opportunity to have a say in it after it is finalised,

We need Universal Coverage??? For whom?? Illegal immigrants? For people who now get their health care at hospital emergency rooms?

If you want what they have in Western Europe ,you havent been reading much about their coverage, but it is easy to get a ticket and move there.

You buy into this death bill if you like. I am not.

I heard on Star 98.3 this morning that Steny is going to be in their studio tomorrow morning. I believe the time was 9:30. They said they were going to press him for a date for a town meeting. We'll see tomorrow.

Do you have a bill number so people can check to see if the bill does the things you are complaining about?

Making up stuff and then complaining about it is pointless, but it is something you are good at. I guess everyone needs a hobby.

As far as your suggestion that I move to Europe because I think their health care system is better, nice try. The thing is I like it here, but I'd like to make it even better.
