I have been saying this for a long time that the ignorant child support and custody laws do bring out the craziness in many people.

According to the reports it was that Mr. Muhammad began his life of crime after the law took his children away from him and demanded he pay the thieving child support.

That is not some cray ideas that I made up out of thin air because we all know the "sniper" reports.

And it is not just this one case because we hear about many parents shooting or killing their ex-spouse and killing the children after they get legally and forcibly separated from their own children.

That does not justify the killings but it does condemn the ignorant system of laws.

I do believe that I need to confess this - that the above quoted posting has me really laughing my butt off as that is really funny indeed.

And yes I do know he is sincere and telling it ever so nicely and he means every word of it.

So I do not know if others see the humor in this but I confess here that I do.

I have a sense of humor and I do not object to me being criticized or confronted or whatever.

To me that is ROFL funny.

And they even forced a confession out of the younger prisoner after that transfer to VA when the Lawyers were demanding their Miranda rights. Nobody was questioning the lawyers, so there fore they did not need any Miranda rights.

They (Maryland) captured the criminals in MD but then the law openly and publicly does wrong to the criminals to tarnish the entire event. And our pitiful Governor said nothing at that time in defense of Maryland and of our jurisdiction or in defense of our legal system. He was convicted in Montgomery County Maryland and was sentenced to six consecutive life sentences.

It is not so much that the prisoner was wronged but that Maryland did not deserve the slap. They weren't slapped, they allowed him to be extradicted.

Committing murder or multiple murders is a common law crime for common criminals like Mr Muhammad. Not in Maryland or Virginia any longer, it is a statutory crime. It is enumerated in both of their criminal codes.

A true terrorist is one that kills for political reasons in support of a group or a political ideology. That is your definition, Virigina's antiterrorism statute is for homicide committed with an intent to terrorize the government or the public at large. Do you dispute that was their intent?

If he had done it in protest of the child support laws then I would call him a true terrorist, but this Man did not. No, he would just be half a man then, not willing to own up to his responsibilities.

They could have prosecuted the criminals under MD law and the jurisdiction was in fact in MD They did prosecute him in Maryland. but instead they openly twisted the law and it was a demonstration of weakness by those who were to enforce the law against the two criminals.

You just don't get it do you? You are so ill informed, yet you think you should be an elected official.

That is what Mr Muhammad was to have was life in prison under Maryland law.

My point exactly.

And even VA is being mis-used as a foolish pawn in this too as they execute a Man that the law done wrong.

In such a high profile case the law needs to be exact in the law as an example for the public to see, and instead they have tarnished the entire case out of some ignorant blood thirst after revenge instead of justice.

If VA kills him 6 times, both sentences can be carried out

And he was prosecuted and sentenced to death under the new "terrorism" laws when he was just a common criminal and not a true terrorist.

And there is even the sad and pitiful reality that Mr. Muhammad was first and foremost pressured into his life of crime by the ugly injustice of the child support and custody laws which took his children away from their father.

So there are reasons for not executing the prisoner but they are being over looked.

Your rhetoric is the reason why your days are limited to walking around the public library all day.

And that would be any different from what we deal with now from 1600 Pennsylvania Ave to Leonard Hall Drive?
