Authorities say an angry Falmouth teen kicked his mother in the throat, head-butted his brother and punched and bit his father after his mom took away his cell phone to punish him.

The Cape Cod Times reports that Brandon Turner pleaded not guilty in Falmouth District Court on Thursday to charges that include assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Police say his mother took away his cell phone after he hit his 15-year-old brother Tuesday. The next day, an angry Turner attacked members of his family.

The father, a corrections officer, had to use handcuffs to subdue his 18-year-old son. Police were forced to use leg shackles to get him under control.

He was held on $1,000 bail.

It was not immediately clear if Turner has legal representation.

No shyte. Something tells me this wasn't the first time Jr. acted up either. My dad would have beat any of us senseless if we had dared to touch our mother in anger. Dont start trying to be a parent when the kid is 14 or 15,

I saw a mom the other night that needed to use her sons cell phone because she forgot hers at home and the kid wouldn't let her use it

She just stood there arguing with him. If it was my kid, I would would have snatched the phone out of his hand and smashed it to pieces in front of him.
