I agree, but the fact remains that some things can alter the ability to reason.

I don't believe this was someone who snapped, this was a planned event.

They just said one shooter in custody and base cops shot one of them.

That's so strange, I just heard one in custody, one still on the loose and more shots fired. Maybe the shots fire were the cops shooting the other guy. Every news channel is saying something different.
