If they're that far from a bathroom, they should provide a porta potty.

| OSHA Requires porta johns or restrooms for construction sites. I do believe that the requirements for mobile road crews or construction may be different. I don't do a lot of roadwork. The last few road jobs I did were long term, 6 month projects and we had porta johns, we all still just walked somewhere else to go though. |

| Where were the men taking their potty breaks? Ya know, I'm all for equal employment and whatever, but sometimes females carry it a bit far. I don't feel that special accomodations should be made for someone who willingly takes a job. She should have considered the working conditions before she took the job. |

| I agree too. I specifically never applied for a job that would require me to wait for somebody to relieve me if/when I needed to use the restroom. If I couldn't go at my own free will, then it wasn't the job for me.
