Prosecutors said Paul Railton was spotted by a cyclist driving slowly along a country lane in December, holding his dog's leash through the car window as the animal trotted alongside. | I swear I saw someone doing that on Base not 2 months ago, between Gate 2 and 3. EDIT: Understandably it was a big person. |
